Sarah Kaufman got his nickname “Cheese Lady” because of talent, with whom she carves sculptures from cheddar cheese. Almost 16 years she worked at a cheese factory in Wisconsin, where he starts to reveal itself of its creative capacity.
Cheese Sara creates works of art for various events and festivals ranging from children’s party and ending with some serious corporate triumph. Her sculptures have received many awards and publications in the press and on television.
At a little cheesy masterpiece she spends from 6 to 12 hours. In this post are pictures of several of her works.
